Celebrate the joy of birding with one of Kern County’s most experienced birders, Karen Evens. Karen will share her adventures, favorite birding locations, and tips for spotting local and migratory species. Whether you’re a seasoned birder or a curious beginner, her enthusiasm and expertise will inspire you to look to the skies with new appreciation.

Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Golden Hills Elementary School, 20215 Park Rd, Tehachapi

All meetings are free, open to everyone, and include a special program with light refreshments. Audubon membership is not required to attend. Families are encouraged to bring their children for an introduction to local birds and nature.
